So sorry for your loss. Our loving father Jehovah hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has “a yearning” to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. (Job 14:14, 15). Please feel free to contact me or go to jw.org for more comforting information.
Dear family,
I would like to express my condolences to you and I hope that the wonderful things that Jesus did for others when he was on earth will help you to endure. Jesus had brought back to life a little girl, a widow's son and Martha's brother Lazarus and reunited them with their families. Luke 7:11-17; John 11:14,43-44; Luke 8:49-56. For us today, we have a wonderful future because Jesus, as King of God's Kingdom, will bring back to life those humans who are asleep in mankind's common grave. That is why he said: " I am the resurrection." John 11:23-25. And think of the happiness you will feel when you see your loved one again and the joy that the one resurrected will experience. I too look forward to this time - to seeing my Grandparents again.
