Judith "Judy" Yamanoue
June 16, 1943 - September 24, 2020
With our greatest sympathy, God has chosen to take our Judy to be by his side forever. She is an undeniably beloved mother, wife, and daughter. She entered heavens’ door on September 24th, 2020. Under the care of Hospice, she took her last peaceful breath at home. She was born in Kula, Maui on June 16th, 1943 and raised in Wailuku. Judy was a Japanese language school teacher at St. Anthony JR. SR. high school and retired in 2004. Judy had a significant impact on everything and everyone she came across. Her personality was so contagious, you couldn’t help but to be a part of her life. She had a passion to travel, cook, and enjoy anyone’s company. Judy and Kazuo loved each other unconditionally and were married for 48 years. She raised 3 unbelievable children. She is survived by her loving husband, Kazuo of Waikap¯u, son, Kenny of Waikap¯u, daughters Jan (deceased), and Kristi (Barry) and Granddaughter, Evelyn of Canada. A private prayer service has been held in remembrance of Judy. If you would like to send online condolences, please do so at www.Nakamuramortuary.com
