Adline Keanuenuepio'okalaniku'umanai Hoshino(Apo)'s Obituary
Adline Keanuenuepioʻokalanikuʻumanai Hoshino (Apo) 92, of Lahaina, transitioned peacefully to Heaven on July 26, 2024 at MMMC.
Services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 11am-2pm at Nakamura Mortuary in Wailuku.
Adline, aka “Addie” was born on June 3, 1932 in Waipahu, Oahu to Arthur and Adeline Apo. She retired from the Mahana Resort. Addie enjoyed playing cards, crossword puzzles, hanging out with her friends at the West Maui Kaunoa Senior Center and spending time and telling stories to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Addie was pre-deceased by her loving husband of 70 years, Kikuo “Hoshi” and son Mitchell. She leaves behind sisters, Lily (Manuel) Criste and Iris Dusenberry. Her children, Shelley (John), Cupid, Thomas (Dora), April and Len, 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many hānai children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
