Alexander "Alika" H Gonsalves Jr's Obituary
Alika H. Gonsalves, Jr. went home with Jesus peacefully on October 17th, 2022, surrounded by his wife (Geri) and loved ones. He is pre-deceased by his father Alexander H. Gonsalves, Sr., his mother Isabella Boteilho Gonsalves, his eldest brother Alexander H. Gonsalves, Jr., his 3rd eldest brother James K. Gonsalves and youngest brother Richard K. Gonsalves.
He is survived by his wife Geri Gonsalves, his brother Raymond K, Gonsalves (Wello) and his sister Josephine (Girlie) Gonsalves, his nieces Jezelyn Gonsalves (James Ferreira) and Sharon Gonsalves. Grandnephews Keaka (Jion) Nahiku (Jirie) and Grandniece Celia.
Alika attended Kamehameha II School and Lahainaluna High School. He enlisted in the Army and completed a course in Basic Training to later come home and work at Pioneer Mill Co. as a laborer and crane operator. He developed the love for cooking and spent his latter years in the restaurant industry.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
