Amado Malabon's Obituary
Amada Malabon, 85, of Kahului, died on Apr. 2, 2014 at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Sat., Apr. 26 at Holy Rosary Church; with service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
Mr. Malabon was born on Sept. 13, 1928 in Makawao.
He was a retired reservation agent with Hawaiian Airlines.
He was predeceased by his wife, Carmen Malabon; oldest son, Keneth Malabon; and his youngest daughter, Lisa Yamashita.
He is survived by his daughters, Karen Scrimshire, Shirleen Walker, Carmalita Van Zandt-Heintz, Marsha Wilson; sons, Michael Malabon, Keith Stancil; sister, Sister Rose Damian; 22 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
He lived life his way; loved crusin with “Mama”, his wife Carmen; driving to Paia; watching movies, and going to Vegas.
