Apolonia Buenaflor Echalas, 96, of Carson, CA, died on Oct. 23, 2014, in Torrance, CA.
Visitation will be 10am on Nov. 8 at Nakamura Mortuary, with services at 11am. Burial will follow, 12:30pm, at Maui Memorial Park, Garden of Meditation.
Apolonia was born on Feb. 9, 1918, in Urdaneta, Panga Sinan, PI. She was a housekeeper in the hotel industry.
Apolonia was predeceased by her son, Rolando O. Echalas, and is survived by her sons, Domy (Lida) Echalas, and Ben (Priscilla) Echalas; daughters, Alma (Florendo) Tabios, Priscila E. Baloaloa, and Lennie (Lou) Rebudal; grandchildren, Floyd, Alonalei, Michelle, Eric, Rolly, Tiffany, Janice, Desiree, Aaron, Kylee, Tim.
Ponyang lived a full and happy life.
