Arthur Gaces Uddipa “Atah”, 56, of Napili, passed away on March 4, 2018.
Services honoring Mr. Uddipa will be held at Koinonia Pentecostal Church in Honokowai on Friday, March 30, 2018. Visitation will begin at 6:00pm, with services beginning at 7:00pm.
Parking is very limited. Members will assist with finding parking around the church if available. Please refrain from blocking driveways or in other’s driveways. We apologize for any inconvenience. You are more than welcome to drop off and we do suggest carpooling
On Saturday, March 31, 2018, services will be held at Nakamura Mortuary. Visitation will begin at 9:00am, with services beginning at 10:00am. Mr. Uddipa will be laid to eternal rest at Maui Memorial Park at 12:30pm.
Arthur was born on February 26, 1962 in Nabannagan, Lasam, Cagayan, Philippines.
He was a heavy equipment operator/mechanic at Kaʹanapali Coffee Farms and stocker at Napili Market.
Son of Lucia & Semproso Uddipa. He is survived by his wife Genabele Uddipa; brother: Marcial(Mary Jane)Uddipa; sisters: Faye(James)Reyes and Eva Uddipa; sons: Bradley and Jonathan(Eseta)Uddipa; daughter: Vanessa Uddipa(Stacey Jr); grandchildren: Amaiya, Vanessa, Brendyn, Jonathan, Chasen, and Kelekolio.
Arthur was an active member of Koinonia Pentecostal Church and served as Vice President of the men’s group.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and spending time at the beach to either provide for his family or just enjoy fishing.
Arthur’s infectious smile and personality will be dearly missed by many.
