Barbara Ann Winter’s story began and ended with love and laughter. She departed from this world leaving behind a legacy of joy, a family cherished, and memories that sparkle like the stars.
She was the matriarch of a family tree that extends its branches across the ocean, from the sunny shores of Maui to the heart of New Jersey. Her son James (Joni), daughter Janice, grandsons Joshua and Michael, granddaughter Laura, and three great-grandchildren, Charlie, Michael, and Emelia, will carry her spirit forward.
Barbara’s life was a parade of festive gatherings, her Christmas parties legendary, her bookshelves a testament to her love of stories. She was the queen of the “small glass” refill, her laughter a melody that resonated in the hearts of her ‘ohana’ and friends.
As we say aloha to Barbara, let’s raise a small glass in her honor, remembering a voice that never faded and a laugh that echoes still.
