Beatrice Fuyuko Iwasaki's Obituary
Beatrice Iwasaki, 87, of Wailuku, passed away on January 29, 2013 at Maui Memorial Medical Center.Visitation will be held at Door of Faith Church, Wailuku, on Friday, February 8, at 5:00pm, with services at 6:00pm, and final visitation at 7:00pm. Burial will be held at 1:30pm on Monday, February 11, at Maui Veteran’s Cemetery.Mrs. Iwasaki was born in Puunene, HI on November 22, 1925. She worked at Nashiwa Bakery in Wailuku for more than 30 years.She was predeceased by her husband Stanley Iwasaki, and brothers Jack, Harry, and Kiichi Hiwatachi. She is survived by daughters Natalie (Richard) Cadorna and Pamela Iwasaki; brothers Mako (Aiko), George (Carol), and Robert Hiwatashi; sisters Francis Hiwatashi, and Teri Ray Suzuki; granddaughter, Hollie (Jason) Batulayan; great grandchildren, Wendy Cadorna, Grace, Faith, Hope, and Nikki Batulayan-Cadorna; sisters-in-law, Chieko and Akime Hiwatashi, and Sachiko Iwasaki.Bee loved singing, and playing piano and ukulele. She loved her grand and great grandchildren. Her family was everything to her.
