In the Philippines, Carlito earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and soon after, began his 30 year career as a Manager with Philippine Airlines. After retiring from his position, Carlito and Lucrecia moved to Maui in 1998,where Carlito began his second career as the lead baker for Times Market in Honokowai. He enjoyed reading, cooking, helping his wife in the garden and watching Pacquiao fights. Most of all though, Carlito enjoyed the presence of his family, especially his grandchildren.
