Celestina Corrales' Obituary
Celestina (Sally) Corrales – “Aunty Sally, Ma Sally” – 85 yrs old of Haliimaile/Kahului, passed away peacefully at her home under the care of Hospice Maui, surrounded by her loving family on June 4, 2016.
Memorial services will be held at Christ the King Church, Kahului on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Visitation will be held from 9am to 10:45am, followed by Mass. Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with arrangements. Mrs. Corrales will be laid to eternal rest at St. Joseph Cemetery in Makawao.
Sally leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children: Ben, Susan Low Durch (Michael Lola), Jennifer (Ted) Norton, and Patti; sisters, Christine Cabrera, Delphina Fuller (Ted Takao), Carolyn (George) Yanagi & Julie (Joe) Arensberg; brothers, Fernando (Rose) Golis, Ceferino (Teresita) Golis, John Golis & Anthony (Annette) Golis; 8 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Sally worked at Maui Pineapple Plantation, Maui Pine Cannery, Sheraton Hotel, Maui Surf Hotel and The Westin Hotel. She lived the true meaning of “Aloha” through her Aloha Spirit, she touched everyone.
