Craig Pritchett Smith's Obituary
Craig Pritchett Smith, 72, of Pi’iholo, Maui, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on September 17, 2024. Craig was born on August 20, 1952, to Vernon and Jacqueline Smith in Wahiawa, Oahu, Territory of Hawaii. After graduating from Punahou in 1971, he went on to study business in Oregon. Craig was a skilled carpenter and home inspector on Maui. He was fun loving, a proud father and a known prankster. Traveling, sailing, and hiking were his passions.
Craig was predeceased in death by his parents and his sister, Terrill Williams; survived by his wife, Deborah (Fifield) Smith, daughters Coral Rath (David), Iwalani Justice-Ibous (Nestor), Julayna Baptiste (Mark) and his siblings, Kevin Smith and Andrea Smith (Charlie), along with grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
To honor his life and the memories we cherish, a celebration of life will be held at his home on November 2, 2024, at 3pm. We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating the life of a man who was loved deeply and will be missed. Please email [email protected] for more information.
