Cristina N. Camalig's Obituary
Cristina N. Camalig, 79 of Kahului, Maui passed away on June 25, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Islands Hospice. She was born on July 24, 1942 in Solsona, Ilocos Norte Philippines to Maximo and Anastacia Ngayan. She retired as a field laborer at Monsanto. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Nakamura Mortuary from 10:00am to 11:00am; with prayer service to begin at 11:00am; cremation to follow. Cristina is predeceased by her husband, She is survived by her children: Asuncion (Olivio) Mendoza, Joseph (Noela) Camalig, and Joe-Cris (Cecille) Camalig; Sibling: Merita (Emeterio (+) Vicente, Filipinas (Apolinario (+) ) Corpuz, Juan (Josefina) Ngayan, Eufrecina (Premitibo (+) ) Narciso, Alfonso (Rosalina (+) ) Ngayan and Nena (Larry) Tumpap; Grandchildren: Jenelyn (Valvenic) Tizon, Maybel Mendoza, Mary Joy Mendoza, Justin Kate Camalig, Jeynel Camalig, Amaya Criscel Camalig, Camille Camalig; Great Grandchildren: Fritz Benedict Tizon and with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
