David Wayne Adams, Sr., 52, passed away on September 23, 2015, at his home, under the loving care of his family, and Hospice Maui.
A service and scattering of his remains will be held in California at a later date.
Mr. Adams was born on December 3, 1962, in Hartford, Kentucky. he was an unique and talented musician.
Mr. Adams was predeceased by his wife, Colleen Theresa O'Keefe Adams. He is survived by his son, David (Teddi Martinez) Adams; daughter, Kira (Eric Leon) Adams; Father and Mother, Loren Dean Adams, Jr. and Patricia Adams; grandchildren, Ronin Alee Lorenze Leon, and Khloe Colleen Adams; grandmother, Dorothy N. Hines.
