David Francis Burrow's Obituary
David F. Burrow, 82, of Kihei, Maui, Hawai'i died on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. A native of Illinois, Dave spent his career as a Mechanical Engineer who designed and built melting furnaces for the Aluminum Industry. His job found him living in Illinois, California, Hawai'i, Alabama, and Florida, but traveling all over the country and abroad.
His passion was his family. As a hobby far removed from his technically oriented work life, he and his wife Jill raised and showed award willing Maine Coon Cats. They loved to travel and lived in Costa Rica for several years before returning to the place they loved the most, Maui. His four sons were his pride and joy, and he delighted in his granddaughter.
Dave is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Jill Burrow, plus his sons Jon (Aleksandra, daughter Makenzie), Josh, Olin, Bryan and their mother, Patricia German.
A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America, PO Box 600, Doylestown PA, 18901.
