Don was a wonderful man and it was an honor to know and love him. There are no words to describe the loss and grief that my mom, Ty, is going through. He was her love, life and best friend. He was her world as she was to him. I read a note he had written to my mom that described his love for her. He said that she was the most exciting woman that he had ever met and was extremely fortunate to have married her. She will treasure that note always.
Don is survived by his wife, Ty; his mother, Nobuko "Ann" Kuwada and his daughter Lianne. My mother will honor Don in her own way, each passing day. He has witnessed how my mom honors her father and has asked the same tradition. His strength is with her and she will prevail all those who oppose her.
Don, you will be honored and remembered as you wished. We love and miss you dearly.
