Dorothy Hayase, 82, of Wailuku, HI, died on July 7, 2012, at Maui Memorial Medical Center.Private services were held.Dorothy worked as the office manager for Dr. Fumio Tsuji, DDS.She was predeceased in 1996 by her loving husband, Richard Jiro Hayase, after 44 years of marriage.She is survived by son Dennis Hayase; daughter Darlene (Barry Infeld) Hayase; brothers Richard (Kazuyo) Kitaguchi, Raymond Kitaguchi; grandsons Chase Hayase, Tyson Hayase, Philip Hayase, Duke Hayase.“Dot” enjoyed classical music, and loved going dancing, and to Las Vegas with her husband, Richard.
