Edward Mitsugi Inaba's Obituary
Edward Mitsugi Inaba passed away on March 11, 2021 at Hale Makua, Kahului.
Edward was born on November 26, 1937 in Wailuku, Maui to Toshio and Flora Otsuma (Fukumoto) Inaba (both deceased). He has five siblings:
Shirley (Ronald) Yanagisawa, Russell (Joyce) Inaba, Warren (Gail) Inaba, Raymond (Michele) Inaba and Colleen (Mark, deceased) Fujimoto.
Edward was a boarder at Lahainaluna High School. He graduated in 1955 and enlisted in the Army for three years. He attended San
Francisco City College and after graduation was employed as a dental technician in San Francisco. He returned to Maui in 2008.
Edward enjoyed meeting new people and gathering with friends and family to exchange ideas and reminisce about life in McGerrow
Camp, Puunene where he grew up.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Nakamura) Inaba and has two sons, David Toshio Inaba (deceased) and Paul Tsuneyasu Inaba.
Ed enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be no funeral service. No koden and flowers will be accepted. Edward will be cremated and his
ashes scattered at a later date.
