Mrs. Kailihou was born in Puunene, HI on September 9, 1951. She worked for Robert's Hawaii for 13 years.
Eileen was predeceased by her father, Matthew Kaluapana Kailihou; mother, Clara Lala Hoewaa Kailihou; and sister, Victoria Rhoda Vilani Hoewaa. She is survived by her daughter, Clara Leen Kailihou; brother, Matthew (Annette) Kailihou; sister, Sharon (Sonny) Kailihou Escobar; grandchildren, Ulysses Kailihou-Kaina and Ulyssa Kailihou-Kaina.
