Esther Esperanza Rivera's Obituary
Esther E. Rivera of Makawao, Maui went home to be with our Lord on February 18, 2021. She was born in Kaheka, Maui on June 5, 1931.
Esther worked in the Libby’s Pineapple Cannery, Gate 21, and several other flower farms before retiring.
She is preceded in death by her first husband Lorito Valoroso and is survived by her current husband Leroy Rivera, daughter Gail Valoroso, and sister Carol Casaquit (Larry) of Honolulu.
She also leaves behind 3 grandsons and 4 great-grandchildren. Keola Valoroso (Makayla and Jeremiah-Joseph (aka) J.J. Valoroso), Jeremy Valoroso (Christy) Jaycie-Ann and Jencie-Lynn Valoroso, and Joseph Rackley.
Services will be held at Nakamura Mortuary in Wailuku on March 19, 2021, from 9-10 am (family), services at 9:30 am, and 10 am-12 pm viewing for the public.
