Mr. Markham was born Aug. 30, 1921, in Honolulu, HI. He was a Maui County Police Officer for 34 years.
Mr. Markham was predeceased by his son, Lindsey Markham, and is survived by his wife, Teruko Markham; son, Richard Markham; daughter, Lauren Markham; 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
