Fumiko Iwamoto's Obituary
Fumiko Iwamoto, 94, of Wailuku, passed away on December 9, 2015, at Hale Makua, Kahului. She was born on September 15, 1921, in Wailuku, Maui.
She is survived by daughters, Jean (Louis) Wada, Annette (Richard) Arine; grandchildren, David
(MaryAnn) Wada, Steven Wada (Kachina Welch), Maren (Shaun) Chun, and Caryn Arine (Ken Uechi); great grandchildren, Connor and Tyler Chun, Dion Vance, and Devin and VivianWada; brother, James (Elaine) Yamagata; and numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased
by her husband, Raymond Iwamoto, and brothers, Mineo, Tsukio, and Yukio Yamagata.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, listening to Japanese music, playing Hanafuda, and cooking.
Private services were held. No monetary offerings requested.
