Fusae Yamato's Obituary
Fusae Yamato, 92, of Kahului, died on May 18, 2014 at her home under care of Hospice Maui.
Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. Fri., June 13 at Kahului Union Church, with a service at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. at Maui Veteran’s Cemetery.
Mrs. Yamato was born on Sep. 15, 1921 in Peahi, Maui. She was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her husband, Shiro R. Yamato; parents, Minoru & Masue Hayashida; sisters, Fumiko Matsuoka and Helen Hamamura; brother, Hideyuki Hayashida.
She is survived by her daughter, Iris Yamato and her nieces and nephews.
