Futaba Higuchi's Obituary
Futaba Higuchi, 87, of Lahaina, passed away on May 5, 2015 at Hale Makua Kahului.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21 at Nakamura Mortuary, with a service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
Mrs. Higuchi was born on November 27, 1927 in Lahaina, Maui.
She was a retired executive housekeeper with Kaanapali Beach Hotel.
She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Leinette Higuchi.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, James Sunao Higuchi; daughters, Pauline (Wilfred) Kitada, Lynette Ruppert, Barbara Higuchi; grandson, Vance (Lindsay) Ruppert; great grandchildren, Janeen Higuchi, Danlyn Ruppert and Vanessa Ruppert.
