Gladys V. Haake's Obituary
Gladys V. Haake, 91, of Wailuku, passed away on July 30th, 2015, under the care of Hospice Maui and her family.
Gladys was born on the island of Oahu where she lived. She graduated from Roosevelt High School and went into nurses training at Graceland College in Iowa. She returned from Graceland to Oahu where she worked as a nurse until her marriage to Richard Haake. She came to Maui with her husband and worked for Maui Associates and the Maui Palms Hotel.
Her husband has predeceased her and she is survived by her son: Richard, Jr., two sisters: Leilani Ching and Ramona Yim, two adult grandchildren: Kanoa and Kamala, two great grandchildren: Nanea and Emmeline and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services have been held.
