Imogene S. Inouye's Obituary
Imogene S. Inouye, 64, of Wailuku, passed on to her eternal home in heaven on October 28, 2011. Services for Imo will be held at St. Anthony's Church in Wailuku on Friday, November 11. Visitation at 10:00am; Mass at 12:00pm. Imogene was the daughter of the late, Shizuo "Poison" and Dorothea Toshiko Tanaka Inouye and sister of the late, Gerald T. Inouye. She served as an Eucharistic Minister and was a member of the Bereavement Committee at St. Anthony's Church.Imogene was an Executive Administrative Assistant. She formed many close relationships in her years in the hotel industry. Imo enjoyed cooking and a variety of craft work, but mostly talking stories and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her uncle, Robert Tanaka of Wailuku; two aunts, Amy Tanaka Murray of Pukalani and Doris Oh of Kaneohe; and many many beloved cousins and friends.
