Jason-Darius William Fuisami David's Obituary
In loving memory of Jason “Phormat” David who left this plane to walk another on July 31,2025.He was born on November 2, 1976, to his mother Leti Palelei and father Eteuati David. He is survived by his wonderful daughters Kasey David and Nayah David, brothers Sean-Lee David, Anthony Camacho, and Scott Dennis, sisters Kehaulani Kuaana, Mollee Flores, and Wailana Kamai. Jason’s presence and endless friendship blessed the lives of far too many to mention and will continue to be a driving force for so many. From humble beginnings to being a nightlife mainstay on Maui, to influencing, nurturing, and promoting the hobbies of nearly everyone he met. His presence will be felt by not only his daughters but the hundreds of lives he positively affected. His celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 4 PM at Kihei Community Center. This will be a casual gathering open to anyone who would like to take part in the celebration.
