Jason Yukio Iwamoto's Obituary
Jason Yukio Iwamoto, 46, of Makawao, passed away on April 11, 2018 at his home.
Services honoring Mr. Iwamoto will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Lahaina Jodo Mission.
Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with the arrangements.
Mr. Iwamoto was born on August 7, 1971 in Wailuku.
He was a Chef by trade.
Mr. Iwamoto was predeceased by his parents, Jerry Yukio Iwamoto; Linda Reiko (Masuda) Kaahui and brother, Brian Iwamoto. He leaves behind to cherish his memory sisters, Gerilyn Arcangel, Cheryl Bularon, Janine (Jaymes) Terry, Jennifer (Taito) Hosozawa; 8 nieces & nephews and 8 great nieces & nephews.
Jason enjoyed going to the beach, golfing and cooking. Although he endured health challenges, he lived life with a smile, jokes and laughter. He fought hard and pushed through the obstacles of life and continued to enjoy his passion for the culinary arts.
