Lahaina, Maui - Jeffrey Nolan Hashimura, 70, of Lahaina has passed away on October 27, 2025, with family at his side.
Born on March 12, 1955, in Lahaina, Maui Jeffrey was the beloved son of Tsugio and Honorata Hashimura. He attended Scared Hearts School, Kamehameha III School, and graduated from Lahainaluna High School in 1973. Shortly after high school, Jeffrey proudly served in the AirForce. He later attended and graduated Leeward Community College in Honolulu, Oahu with an associate's degree in maintenance engineering and Maui Community College with an associate's degree in automotive.
In his younger days, Jeffrey had many hobbies he enjoyed which included baseball, football, hunting, fishing, diving, taekwondo, karate, and body building. His most prized hobby was playing golf every weekend.
His greatest joy was his family. He loved family outings, whether he was attending Hula/Tahitian shoes for his daughters and granddaughter to attending basketball and baseball games for his grandson, he was there. He loved spending time with his grandchildren whom he adored.
Jeffrey is predeceased by his parents Tsugio and Honorata Hashimura and brother Johnathan Hashimura. He is survived by his wife Simonette Hashimura, daughters Sharon Agmata (Nelson) and Kari Hashimura (Junior); brothers Patrick Hashimura, John Briones Jr. (Wanda), and Steven Briones (Tina); Sisters Clynis Hashimura, Norine Hashimura, Lisa Briones (David), Angela Briones (Wilson), Christina Rosete (Presco), and Sherrylee Watanabe (Michael); grandchildren Nolan, Haven, Leland, and Eli; along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
