We visited John and Chelsea in Hawaii in May of 2021. He showed us all around Maui and we had a wonderful time.
I'm deeply saddened for his family and friends by the loss of his life.
I remember him as a baby and watched him grow up. I remember how happy he was when each of his kids were born.
My heart goes out to everyone affected by his life.
I literally dont know hawaii without you guys!! I think about you guys constantly. Im engaged to get married and I really wanted to invite you guys out!! How could I not! Your were supportive of my fighting on the island. Tried to get me a sponsor so I didnt leave!! Im crying.. you and Chuck have been dear friends!
John was a great man who was highly motivated and dedicated to doing good in the community and world. I was an honor to have known him for the time we shared. He will be missed.
John as a kid, was always coaching his Cuz Chad. John taught him at a restaurant on how to decide what to eat. The idea was not to look at the food menu on left describing the food, go to the right side. Find the highest price entree and order that. Watched him eat many a steak for breakfast many times!
