Juanito Opinaldo's Obituary
Juanito Opinaldo, 67, of Kahului, passed away on April 15, 2021 with his family by his side. He was born in Balaoan, La Union, Philippines and arrived on Maui in 1972.
Juanito joined HC&S in June of 1979 and worked with the company until they closed their doors in 2016.
He was a fun-loving, kind, and generous man. He loved to sing and play the keyboard at family functions and even performed for parties with a band he and his friends put together. He was definitely the life of the party. You would never go hungry or thirsty when you visited the Opinaldo home, as long as he was around.
His presence and handsome smile will definitely be missed, but his memory will live on in every heart that he touched.
Juanito is survived by his wife, Juliet, his 3 children, Emely Kamikawa (husband, Jon), Jojo and Elana Opinaldo, and his 3 grandchildren Melia, Makena and Makai Kamikawa.
