Kay Montania's Obituary
Kay Montania, 85, of Kahului, died on Feb. 20, 2015, at her home.
A celebration of Kay’s life will be held at Nakamura Mortuary on March 3, 9:30am. Inurnment will follow, 12:30pm, at Maui Memorial Park.
Mrs. Montania was born June 5, 1929, in Tokyo, Japan. She was a seamstress for Ikeda Store in Paia.
Mrs. Montania is survived by her husband of 65 years, William Montania; son, Dr. Bill (Arlene) Montania; daughter, Amy (Jeffrey) Anderson; sisters, Ushiye Kosaka, Chiyo Onogawa, Yasue Yonoyama; granddaughters, Lauren (Gary) Saldana, Lindy Anderson, Angelica Montania, Karissa Montania, Selena Montania.
Mom was very giving and generous. We will miss her every day of our lives.
