Kenneth Chong Kee's Obituary
Kenneth Chong Kee, 87, passed away on December 30, 2017 at home with his loving family by his side.
Services honoring Mr. Chong Kee will be held at Holy Rosary Church on Saturday, January 13, 2018. Visitation will begin at 8:00am; with services at 10:30am. Burial will be at 12:30pm at Maui Memorial Park.
He was born on April 1, 1930 in Paia, Maui. He worked at a game warden with the State of Hawaii, Department of Land & Natual Resources.
He is predeceased by his parents, Choy and Jessie Chong Kee; brothers, Eddie, William "Willie", Henry "Sonny", Walter, Arthur, Robert "Bobby" and sisters, Dorothy Carter, Mabel Leong and Bernice Mau and great grandson, Legend King.
Mr. Chong Kee leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife, Rhoda (Place) Chong Kee; sons, Keith (Avis) Chong Kee and Kirk Chong Kee; daughters, Melissa Ann (Barron) Souza, Kennethy (Michael) Souza, Kimberly Chong Kee, Melveen "Melvina" Leed; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence "Tiki" Chong Kee and Ronald "JoJo" Chong Kee.
