I was thinking about all the fun we used to have in the neighborhood. I remember when you first moved in, Argon Circle, Hubba Hubba Lane, Peabody Gang. I remember driving the go-cart with the Honda 305 scrambler engine on it when it lit my green down jacket on fire Upper San Roque. I remember putting your 66 Chevy together with you and having that fired up for the first time in the neighborhood. Your white hotrod Baja bug. The toad pre-runner we used to take up to old San Marcos pass going to the rock all those times when we were kids. I remember going to Mono hot springs with you and all the homies when we confiscated 2 of our buddies motorcycles and were dancing in the dirt like professional motocross riders that was one of the best motorcycle rides I've ever had. Going to Parker AZ and all the 3 day weekends with everybody. Going to the Pit, playing horseshoes as kids. Going to Flapper Alley and Rocky Galentes. i remember bringing your toolbox from CA to Maui when I was hungover, dragging it to the airport. How about the boxing we used to have at George and Gwen's house in your backyard, when everybody was picking on little Eddie Magennis. Those were all the good times in the neighborhood. Best place, best time growing up, Peabody Gang. Wouldn't wanted to have grown up with anybody else. You win brother. I love you. --Eddie Magennis
