Kennith Eugene Biggs' Obituary
Kennith Eugene Biggs, 89, of Wailuku, passed away peacefully at Maui Memorial Medical Center on May 4, 2018.
Kenny was born on May 16, 1928 in Pond Creek, Oklahoma to Mr. Floyd & Mrs. Lillie Mae Biggs. He was a man with many talents; surfer, free diver, woodworker, and professionally, lifeguard and Fire Captain. Kenny was bigger than life, he had a wonderful sense of humor, and when he loved you, you knew it without a doubt. He was loved by all, a hero to his children and a shining example of what a good husband should be.
Cherishing his memory are his loving wife of 42 years, Jo Katherine (Kathy) Biggs, sons, Kennith Michael (Mike) Biggs, and Harold Kenton Kidd; daughters, Patricia Elaine Crim, Judy Sue Kidd, and Sandra Jo Steele-Blackburn; and grandchildren, James Kenneth Steele, Rebecca Jo Kidd, Christiana Ilima Savannah Biggs; Aaron Keneke Biggs; John Waid Kidd, Zackary Theodore Scudder, Shauna Pualani Biggs, and Sarah Gwendalynn Scudder.
Memorial services will celebrate the life of this wonderful man who touched the lives of so many others. The memorial will be a celebration of his birth and his life. The service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Kanaha Beach Park. Memorial services will include paddling / canoeing out to spread his ashes in the waters he so loved, followed by music and refreshments.
