Kiyoshi Kikukawa's Obituary
Mr. Kiyoshi Kibukawa, 71, of Wailuku, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2015 at his residence with his loving family by his side.
At his request, services were held privately.
Kiyoshi was born in Tokyo, Japan on Jan. 24, 1944 to Jisaku & Ishi Kibukawa.
In 1965, Mr. Kibukawa married the loved of his life, Mrs. Akiko Matsuda. A few years after their wedding, the young couple decided to move, and arrived on Maui in 1970. Mr. Kibukawa spent most of his career as a mechanic at Central Automotive in Wailuku. He was a hard worker and provided well for his young family. In his spare time, Kiyoshi enjoyed golfing, especially at Waiehu Golf Course, travelling to Japan frequently, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Kibukawa leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 50 years, Akiko Kibukawa; son, Masaru (Miho) Kibukawa; daughter Karen (Logan) Owan and two treasured grandchildren.
