Leocadio Valenzuela Tugade, Jr.'s Obituary
Leocadio Valenzuela Tugade Jr. of Lahaina, passed away peacefully on July11th, 2016 with his loving family by his side, under the care of Hospice Maui.
Services honoring Mr. Tugade will be held at Maria Lanakila on Tuesday, July 19th, 2016. Visitation
will begin at 6PM, and mass at 7PM. A viewing will take place at Nakamura Mortuary on
Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 8AM, he will be laid to eternal rest at Valley Isle Memorial Park at 11AM. Nakamura Mortuary is asisting with the arrangements.
Leocadio was born on August 31, 1933 in Paoay, Ilocos Norte Philippines to Leocadio L. Tugade
Sr. & Martiniana Valenzuela. He would soon meet the love of his life Dorotea. They had 6 children and one step daughter.
Mr. Tugade had a long career as a maintenance worker at the Pioneer Mill.He was a hard worker, a
passionate gardener and enjoyed time with his family.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife Dorotea. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, son Eduardo (Merlita) Tugade: Daughters, Alicia (Roy) Azcueta,Emie Donna (Lorenzo) Magana, Janette (Romy) Ugalino: sisters, GloriaV. Sadang Iluminada (Elpidio) Cuaresma, Brigida V. Tugade; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
