Lizzie Ku’ulei “Sweetheart” Ah Puck was called home by our Lord on September 24th, 2022. She was 81 years old. She was born as the oldest child of Edmund and Rosaline Pali Sr. on September 27th, 1940, in Hana, Maui. She graduated from Lahainaluna High School and as a young woman, she worked for the Maui Land and pineapple Co. as one of the first female pineapple truck drivers in the State. She retired from King Kamehameha III Elementary school after 25+ years of service as a Cafeteria worker. She enjoyed many years of retirement and spent her time with her family, crocheting, doing crossword puzzles, and eating her snacks. She loved to play poker and was always excited for a night of cards with her family. She loved the Lord with all her heart and was never ashamed to admit it. Her Favorite quote was, “GOD IS LOVE”. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Ah Puck Jr. She is survived by her 6 siblings, brothers Edmund, Eric and Earl Pali. Sisters, Vivian Pamat, Priscilla Agdeppa and Mercedes Marshall and Brother In Law Clinton Ah Puck. 5 children, Boy (Lisa) Ah Puck, Mana Tam Lung Jr. (Hanai), Loke Branco, Kaia (Carol) Ah Puck and Kalani Ah Puck. 9 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren. The Ah Puck/Branco Ohana would like to thank the staff of Hale Makua Kahului, Maui Memorial Medical Center, Kaiser Home Health and Hospice of Maui for their outstanding care, as well as her numerous family and friends for their love and affection. Services will be on Saturday October 29th, 2022 at Nakamura Family Mortuary. Family viewing at 9 am, public viewing at 9:30 am. Service to be held at 11 am with Burial to follow at 2pm at the Gardens of Meditation Cemetery.
