Lucia P. Vidad, also known as Lucia Pescado Batoon of Lanai City, 86, died peacefully in her sleep on February 1, 2026 at Islands Hospice in Kahului, Maui. She was surrounded by her loved ones. Her Wake Service will be held at the ILWU Hall at 7:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Funeral Mass will start at 9:00am on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church, burial to follow at 10:00am at the Lanai Veteran’s Cemetery.
