Marcial "Casildo" Yasana (Inong)'s Story
1903-2026
Marcial "Casildo Inong Yasana, a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026. in Kahului, Hawaii, at the age of 72. Born on October 15, 1953 in Sinait, he brought joy and laughter to all who knew him throughout his life.
Marcial was The Cherished husband of Remedios Yasana and the son of the late Bruno and Cresencia I. Yasana. He was me one of the ten siblings and shared close bonds with his brothers and sisters: Emitio Yasana (deceased) and Consolacion Yasana; Liwliwa Garzales (deceased) and Ernesto Gonzales (decased); Rosita Y. Yadao and Esteban Yadao (deceased) ; Maria Fulgencio; Sylvestra " Sylvia" Y. Datu and Nemecio Datu (deceased); Merlinda Y. Igne and Alfredo Igne; Blas Yasana (deceased) and Bruno Yasana Jr. and Rosalie Yasana. Marcial also held a special place in the hearts of his 18 nieces and nephews as well as his 41 grandnieces and grandnephews.
Known for his joyful spirit and bounds patience Marcial was the heart of Family gatherings, He had an extraordinary ability to bring people together with his humor, story telling, and love for games like cards and mahjong. His presence was magnetic, he was often described as the clown and actor of the family, always ready to make others laugh with his quick wit and playful antics.
Marcials kindness extended beyond his immediate family; he was a second Father to many of his nieces and nephews, offering guidance with a gentle hand and an open heart. His home was a place where stories were shared, laughter echoed through the walls, and memories were made.
A devout catholic by birth Marcial carried his Faith Throughout his life. His unwavering patience and kind demeanor reflected the values he held dear. Those who knew him will remember him not only for his humor but also for his deep compassion, a man who truly embodied love in action.
Marcial has now answered his final call and rest in eternal peace. His memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives he touched.
May Marical’s legacy of laughter, love and kindness continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. A service will be held on May 11, 2026 from
09:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Nakamura Mortuary - 1218 Lower Main st. Wailuku, followed by his internment.
