Marie Elizabeth Glodt, 53, of Kula, passed away at Hale Makua Kahului, after an unexpected illness.

Ms. Glodt was born on July 11, 1959 in San Bernardino, CA. and lived in Maui for the past 30 years.
As a very driven, savvy business woman, her love of travel developed into her own travel agency, specializing in destination weddings.
She was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy Glodt and survived by her father, Richard G. Glodt; sisters, Donna (Don) Adams, Kathy (Matt) Sprout; brothers, Douglas (Fran) Glodt, Russell (Judy) Glodt, John (Celeste) Glodt; boyfriend, Eric Cremer; her cat, Roxy; and her loving nieces and nephews.
Along with Marie’s love of travel, she was a fun loving lady, loved animals, and volunteered at Haiku Baldwin Center with animal therapy for assisted living patients. Marie was also a great gardener, loved orchids and had many great friends.
