Mary Nobuko Kuwashima's Obituary
Mary Nobuko Kuwashima, 81, of Kahului passed away peacefully at her residence under the care of Hospice Maui on August 24, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.
Services honoring Mrs. Kuwashima were held privately at her request.
Mary was born in Wailuku on May 26, 1935 to Noboru & Helen Imazu. She was a beautician.
Mary is survived by her caregiver grandson, Michael (Sheena) Kuwashima and two great granddaughters, Akasha & Zenisha. She is also survived by her daughter Cindy (Brian) Kuwashima-Amano; and grandson Daniel (Heidee) Amano; daughter, Cyd Castro and grandchildren, Chaz, Blaize, Zarek, Aizek & Daizsa. She is also survived by her sister Judy (Dennis) Yamagata.
The Kuwashima family would like to thank Hospice Maui for the special and attentive care they took of Mary.
