Maximino Abut's Obituary
Maximino Abut, 94, of Lahaina, died Nov. 20, 2013, at residence, under hospice care.
Mr. Abut was born on June 5, 1919, in Paoay, province of Ilocos Norte, PI. He was employed by Pioneer Mill as a Heavy Equip Operator for numerous years. He also worked a second job as a dishwasher at Lahaina Broiler and Gerrard’s until the age of 90. He was a hard working family
man who was very caring, loving, sincere, humble, and helpful. He will be greatly missed by all.
Mr. Abut was predeceased by Cecilia Milanio Abut (wife) and Robert Milanio (son). He is survived by sons, Theodore Milanio, Anthony Milanio, Randall Milanio (Cheryl), Francisco Abut (Marilyn); daughters, Sally May Abut (Scott), Rose Marie Abut (Craig); 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
A night wake will be held Nov. 25, 2013, at Maria Lanakila Church, Lahaina, with visitation at 6:00pm, and service at 7:00-9:00pm. Visitation will continue at Maria Lanakila Church, Nov, 26, 2013, at 8:00am, with service at 10:00am. Burial will follow, 12:30pm, at Maui Memorial Park,
Garden of Meditation. Family requests aloha attire.
