Maximo Galicinao's Obituary
Maximo Galicinao was born on March 28, 1946, in Baccara, Illocos Norte, Philippines. He passed away on June 13, 2026, at Hospice Maui Hale.
He is survived by wife Jane (Kusunoki) Galicinao of 55 years. Sons: Donovan (Rachel), Kevin (Michelle), and Nathan. Grandchildren: Kainoa, Kiara, Jamie, Jordin, Kaysen, Deangelo, and Zoey. Great Grandchildren: Haylo, Taedyn, Harlow-Grace, Hiwa, Callum, Shiloh, and Hilinai. 3 nephews and 9 nieces. 5 brothers in law.
Max is predeceased by his parents Eulalio & Eusibio Visaya. Martin Galicinao-Father.

Max was a Vietnam War Veteran where he served as an Airforce plane mechanic. He later joined the Carpenter's union and retired in 2008. He took pride in his rose garden and yard and always kept himself busy with home projects. He enjoyed ulua fishing and watching his sons and grandchildren play sports.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Maui Memorial Medical Center and Hospice Maui Hale for taking good care of Max.

A celebration of life will be held at 9:00 am on July 16, 2026 at Nakamura's Mortuary. Burial will follow at Makawao Veteran's Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
