Michael Wayne Cordeiro's Obituary
Michael Wayne Cordeiro, 42, of Wailuku, Maui passed away peacefully on December 30,2015 at St. Francis Hospice on Oahu. Michael was born on June 28, 1973 to Herbert Wayne and Priscilla (Yadao) Cordeiro in Wailuku, Maui.
Services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Nakamura Mortuary in Wailuku, Maui. A public visitation will begin at 10:00am with funeral services beginning at 11:00am, luncheon to follow and a final viewing. Michael will be laid to rest at Maui Memorial Park - Garden of Meditation at 2:00pm.
Michael graduated from Maui High School and received an Associate Degree from Hilo Community College for heavy equipment repairs. His passion was working on heavy equipment and helping friends with their cars. Through the years he has had various types of jobs from gas attendant to repairing landscaping equipment but was always hopeful to return to heavy equipment. He got his wish and was employed at I & L Rentals - Maui. As for time away from work, he found interest in Chevy's, Datsun 510's and pickup trucks to keep him busy.
Michael Wayne Cordeiro leaves behind to cherish his memory; mother, Priscilla Yadao; father, Frank George; sons, Kapio & Kapono Cordeiro; daughters, Makayla, Alena & Leiana Cordeiro, his sister, Desiree-Ann Cordeiro and numerous Uncles, Aunties, and cousins.
(Michael was predeceased by his father Herbert Wayne Cordeiro; his brother Galen Christopher Cordeiro, Grandparents: Herbert & Irene (Pacheco) Cordeiro and Tiburcio "Joe" & Virginia (Balasbas) Yadao.
