Noel Manuel ,56, of Kihei passed away December 29,2022, at home beside his wife. Mr Manuel was born on July 03, 1966 in Banna Ilocos Norte Philippines, the son of late Florendo and Cresencia Manuel. Noel was the youngest of 4 siblings. On July 31 1993, Noel married Rosalie Pastores. Noel graduated from Maui high school in 1995. Noel was employed by Safeway for 35 years, retired in September 2019. Noel work also as Part time at Cafe O’Lei in Kihei in 2012 to 2021. He is survived by his wife Rosalie Pastores Manuel, son Andre Kyle Manuel, a daughter Adriane Kaleen Manuel, a granddaughter Ariana Sayoko Manuel-Nagata, 3 brothers Elmer (Anita) Manuel of Kahului, Richard (Aldette) Manuel of Seattle, Harry (Celmila) Manuel of Wailuku . Visitation will be held for 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Friday at Nakamura Mortuary, 1218 Lower Main Street, Wailuku. Visitation will continue from 9:00 AM Saturday at Christ the King Church .Burial will follow at 12:30 PM at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku
