Caberto, Oliver Erwin's Obituary
Oliver Erwin Caberto, age 53, of Lanai City, Hawaiʻi, was born on August 3, 1972, and passed away on April 27, 2026, at Maui Memorial Hospital.
Oliver was the beloved son of the late Enrique Cababat Caberto and Marina Cabalo Cababat Caberto. He was the youngest of nine siblings and was deeply cherished by his family.
He is survived by his loving brothers and sisters: Romeo (Lita) Caberto (deceased), Edna (George) Quiocho, Edgar (Emmie) Caberto, Ben (Rosemarie) Caberto, Aimee Caberto, Eva (Richard) Batoon, and Gina (Philip Johnson) Naylor, Henry Caberto (deceased).
Oliver was a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews, including Lily (Ronnie) Cuevas, the late Michael (Melissa) Caberto, and Rosie (the late Nolen) Madamba, Mitchel Caberto, Shantelle Batts, Janelle Leah (Jeremy) Fenstra, Bradford Caberto, Udella (Ryan) Auyoung, Shane (Nohea) Caberto, Kyle Caberto, Kristi Caberto, Aaron Sabino, Trent Tudor, Thad (Yu) Batoon, Tanisha Batoon, Bianca (Patrick) Ward, Natasha (Wesley Lindstrom) Naylor, along with many others who will remember him with love.
Oliver also shared in the deep affection for his many Grandnieces and Grandnephews.
Oliver will be remembered for his presence in the lives of those who knew him, and for the love he shared with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever held in their hearts.
