Patrick Kiyoshi Fukumoto, 62 passed away at Maui Memorial Hospital on November 30, 2022. He is survived by his daughter, Shawna (Ty); brother Gerry (Vera); sisters Janice Hirao and JoAnn Tinfo; 2 nieces, Alyssa and Nicole; 2 nephews, Ross and Christopher. He was preceded in death by father, Joseph Philip Fukumoto and mother, Takeo Jean Fukumoto.
A Celebration of life is to be held on January 4, 2023, at 801 South Street Meeting Room A (Honolulu) at 6:00 PM. Burial to be held at Maui Memorial Park on January 6, 2023, at 12:30 PM.
