Peter Kaipo Villegas' Obituary
Mr. Peter Kaipo Villegas, 64, passed away on March 3, 2016 at his home in Wailuku surrounded by his loving family.
Services honoring Mr. Villegas will be held on Friday, April 1, with burial at Maui Veterans Cemetery, and a celebration of life on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Waikapu Community Center at 1:00pm .
Peter was born on June 7, 1951 in Wailuku, Hawaii, to Mr. Dalmacio and Elizabeth Villegas.
Mr. Villegas loved fishing, gardening, working on cars, and helping others. Peter worked hard to provide for his family, and retired as a mason worker.
Mr. Villegas will join in Heaven, his wife Mrs. Julia Catherine Villegas, who predeceased him in 2013.
Mr. Peter Kaipo Villegas leaves behind to cherish his memory, children, Tara (Paulo) Sabado, Erin (Maile) Langi, Joseph (Kamaka) Villegas, Pete Hanamai’ka’i, Paul Vasquez, and Patrick Vasquez; and survived by, Martha Patrick, Joann Allen, Bernadette Pierce, Agnes (Jesus) Garcia, John (Geraldine) Villegas, Bernard Villegas, Steven (Rena) Villegas; and 7 loving grandchildren.
