Pumehana Kealoha Cobb-Adams' Obituary
Pumehana Kealoha Cobb-Adams, 76, of Kula, Maui, went home to be with Our Lord on September 17, 2024. She was surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild, and her room was filled with an overwhelming presence of love, worship and prayer.
Born on September 10, 1948, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Pumehana was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Mahelona) Rogers. She is predeceased by her 6 brothers and 1 sister, and is survived by her sister, Elizabeth H. Lau.
Pumehana is predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Cobb-Adams, of Kaneohe, Oahu.
Pumehana, also known as “Tutu”, was greatly loved. Her life story is a vivid picture of one who walked and talked with God. She was unashamed of the Gospel of Christ and dedicated her life to sharing the Love of Jesus with family, friends, co-workers, patients, and everyone that she came in to contact with. She cheerfully served in her local church on O’ahu and Maui for 44 years and cared for everyone she knew; inspiring them with words of wisdom and comfort. Pumehana has left behind a legacy of character and faith in the beautiful life she lived.
Pumehana is survived by her children Roslynn Kaleikini, Reggie-Anne (George) Ostermiller, Reina-Lynn (Kaleo) Medeiros, Racquel (Iokepa) Caires, Roscoe (Parona) Cobb-Adams, the late Ashley (Louisa) Cobb-Adams, Kim (Mark) Cobb-Adams-Stroud and Monique (Fred) Cobb-Adams-Perreira, and hanai daughters, Kelly (Allen) Gatioan, Jami Keama, Kelli Gomes, and Cynnamon Cho.
Her greatest joy was her love for her family and the jewels she cherished; 27 Grandchildren, 51 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
